On march 14, 2025, my dad and had an appointment at bell mistsubishi in rahway, nj. as soon as we went inside the door we were greeted by sales person name Herson Martinez. He was very kind, great and a frienddly person. He is knows everytingh about all the car and has also help me find the right car. once i selected the car and all the other team member was very helpfull in getting the car process/paper work done as quickly as possible as my dad has to go to work. I had a great expericence with them for buying a new car rather than some other delarship i went too. i would recoomend my family and friends when they are looking for a new car to visit this location.
My husband and I were very impressed from the moment Herson greeted us at the door. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We can't say enough about the process and deal we were given. Most times at other dealerships it always felt overwhelming! At Bell Mitsubishi it felt like family. Wonderful experience working with Jordan! She made the whole car shopping process feel less stressful and more enjoyable and now I’m driving an amazing mitsubishi outlander ! She helped get us the best deal for what we were looking for and made us feel comfortable. It was later in the evening and she never made us feel rushed, even staying later to go over all the features of the car with me! Would def recommend her and the dealership!

On February 17th, 2025, I visited Bell Mitsubishi in Rahway, NJ. My sales rep was Herson Martinez. It was the easiest deal I have ever completed, and that is saying a lot given that I had already leased 8 SUVs in the last 3 years, all without a penny out of pocket. I am averaging a new one every 4 months. Why? Because I could. I was able to work with Herson and his support team to get the deal done over the phone since I live 140 miles from his dealership. Herson, and the crew behind him, did such a great job in getting most of the paperwork done before I even arrived at the dealership. I was treated as if I was part of their family. If you are looking for a great deal on new or used cars, check them out and you will not be sorry. And no, I am not being compensated for this review. It is my honest opinion on how I felt after getting a great deal from them.
